Random Photo of Breathtaking Beauty #7

After all the fire stuff, I'm thinkin' we need some jaw-dropping vistas to cleanse our palates, so to speak. Both of these photos were taken by me in May 2006 at Rocky Mountain National Park.

You could give Ansel Adams a run for his money.
and "Butterfield" was the last name of the family doctor I had as a child.
Very nice man , what the ideal dream family doctor would be.
He was still making housecalls in the late 1960's
Many many, years later I was at an estate auction. I saw his leather medical bag among the items for auction and bought it.
The "Butterfield's" are good people in my book! :)

NRM: I don't like taking pictures of people - I'm really not any good at it. But I do love taking pictures of breathtaking scenery.

Simon: Thanks for the compliment, but I do believe Ansel's skills and eye leave me totally in the dust. And yep, Butterfields are good folk (my hubby's clan hails from Idaho by way of England and Scotland), as are Browns. :)

Oh DKBB i should have put that in a different way! I really meant apart from you and your family it looks as if you are on your own. With no one else to bother you!

Speaking of "You can See Forever"
This is rare cut footage from the opening credits sequence of the movie "On a Clear Day" 1970
Quite a bit was cut from the film in order to reach a 2hr running time.
This is the full verison of the song "Hurry It's lovely Here"'s beautiful and has timed/lasped flower growing montage... its appx.4mins... enjoy the flowers and streisand... the song lyrics are so clever, silly yet profound.
